What we often advise our customers and what we have done in the past (and sold lots of caps) is to buy the size we have available and take it to a tailor to cut the back and have an elastic piece put on in the back so the hat can stretch. This is how many theater groups have outfitted their actors and again, many retired service men and women have done.
